Getting "Unable to connect to Email account" When Configuring Capture Email with Azure (Doc ID 2961065.1)

Symptoms

After installing WebCenter Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.4, Azure registration was configured for the Capture email integration. While setting up the email integration, it shows:

Unable to connect to Email account
Error 50034  The user account {identifier} does not exist in the {tenant} directory. To sign into this application, the account must be added to the directory.
