Starting Managed Server through Command Line Goes to Managed Server Independence (MSI) Mode (Doc ID 2961352.1)

While starting the managed server using below command, it starts in Managed Server Independence (MSI) mode

nohup ./startManagedWebLogic.sh <managed server name> t3://<hostname>:<managed_server_port> &

The log file shows below messages:

The same works fine when started using WebLogic console.
