Symptoms

Connection to target system from WLS failing due to Unsupported Cipher.  Client Target system is refusing connection attempt from WebLogic Server due to "Unsupported Cipher"

WebLogic is configured to use TLSv1.2 and higher. But it is still sending old/legacy ciphers causing the connection to fail.
