After Restarting AdminServer, the # Sign(Number Sign, Hash Sign) Contained in the formsweb.cfg's Comments is Deleted (Doc ID 2962109.1)

Step:

1.) Edit formsweb.cfg using Fusion Middleware Control. This problem also occurs in default.env.

2.) Include # sign (number sign, hash sign) in the comment line to activate the change.

3.) Comments will now be reflected correctly.
