Symptoms

When trying to configure Proxy OUD and Backend DB, the error "ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor" occurs.

Reproduce Steps :

1. Create the OUD Proxy Server

2. Configure Backend DB Server  * For your reference : 20 Configuring Access to Remote Data Sources

 2-1. Create the RDBMS Server Extension and specify the connection to the Backend DB
