OSB service active after deleting the project from backend (Doc ID 2963526.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Application Container - JavaEE

Project is still active even after deleting it

Had a project which i deleted but only manually on server file system on location: /fmw/mwhome/user_projects/domains/base_domain/osb/configfwk/core_osb_server1/
The project name was configuring-retry-handling. After restart of all servers(AdminServer, osb_server, soa_server, and db oracle-xe-21c) and deleting cache, tmp files on all of mentioned servers, the error appeared in osb_server log files:


After starting osb_server, cpu is on 100% all the time, then the memory(SSD) fills to 100% and the consoles become slower.
Also deleted files on: /fmw/mwhome/user_projects/domains/base_domain/osb/configfwk/core_osb_server1/_index/ not all, just necessary.
