ADF Does Not Allow Creation of TextArea With Only One Row (Doc ID 2964403.1)

Goal

In ADF 12.2.1.4.0, input text fields are created using RichInputText.
If the component is created with one row (default)

So currently is not possible to have a textArea with only one row.

How is the proper way to have a multiline text field (textarea) that is only one row?
