Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Default
Not able to open the forms URL in a particular machine whereas the same forms URL works in other client machines.
ERROR

Caused by: java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: WIExplorerMy KeyStore not available
..
network: Connecting https://hostname:port/forms/java/frmall.jar with proxy=DIRECT

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake

Caused by: java.io.EOFException: SSL peer shut down incorrectly
