Symptoms
Issue is that text literals 'N' and 'n' are replaced by 'u' in code run on SQL Developer when code uses the alternative quoting mechanism { Q | q }
'quote_delimiter c [ c ]... quote_delimiter' and the text literal ends with the closing quote delimiter, e.g. q'(...))'
