Is WCC release with newer VC++ library than 11.0 available ? (Doc ID 2965163.1)

Goal

Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) on Windows environment requires Visual C++ Redistributable package. According to the document, WCC 12.2.1.4 supports VC++ 11.0 (Visual Studio 2012).

However, the Visual C++ library version is too old. Is there any WCC release with a newer version of the Visual C++ library?
