Last updated on AUGUST 02, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle REST Data Services - Version 22.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

While trying to setup the procedure.PreProcess as described here:

Developers Guide:

Section: 9.8.2 Pre Process Feature

When runing:

$ ords --config $ORDS_CONFIG config set procedure.preProcess testt.p_main

ORDS: Release 22.4 Production on Wed May 31 22:16:53 2023

Copyright (c) 2010, 2023, Oracle.

Configuration:

The setting named: procedure.preProcess is not a recognized configuration setting. Run: ords config info to get a list of known configuration settings
The setting named: procedure.preProcess was set to: test.p_main in configuration: default

However this command does add it to the pool.xml file:
$ grep preProcess /ords/config/ords_test/databases/default/pool.xml
test.p_main

What is the correct place or method to set procedure.preProcess?
