Symptoms

Documents Service does not Appear When Clicking on Tools and Services in WebCenter Portal.

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

 

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal with an administrator user.
     
     
  2. Go to Administration -> Settings -> Tools and Services.
    Here you will see the Documents Service does not Appear.
