Symptoms
On the 12.1.2.0.5 version, one node within four nodes of the cluster is becoming non-responsive. The user started to see abnormal thread creations and the entire cache stopped responding recovery did not happen whereas it should have killed the node and brought the service back but as seen on the below dump, it did not happen.
