The stopWebLogic.sh or stopManagedWebLogic.sh Script is Failing on Hostname Verification Check Using Custom SSL Certificates (Doc ID 2966003.1)

Symptoms

After updating the SSL certificates to custom certificates instead of the demo certificates, the stopWebLogic.sh script fails with the error,

<BEA-090504> <Certificate chain received from <HOSTNAME1> - <IP_ADDRESS> failed hostname verification check. Certificate contained <HOSTNAME2> but check expected <HOSTNAME1>

Changes

 New SSL certificates are being used. It may occur when changing from demo certificates to custom certificates or if a hostname change is made to the certificates.
