WebLogic Events Related Data Won't Get Populated In JFR (Doc ID 2966058.1)

Goal

Whenever the JFR parameters "-XX:+UnlockCommercialFeatures -XX:+FlightRecorder" are added in the start-up arguments of the managed servers,
it automatically starts JFR recording and keeps on writing multiple JFR files either at /tmp or /var/tmp location based upon OS.
Due to this, a couple incidents occurred in multiple applications as 100% space got utilized in this location.

There is a need to have a new JFR flag to set the recording options to write to disk or memory.
