Processing Group LOV In Capture Is Not Enforced

Goal
In WebCenter Enterprise Capture, users have to select a ProcessingGroup to be able to release a batch. This field is mandatory. There is a Choice List drop down list for the users to select a value. Users are able to manually write down any value in the processing group if they do not want to use the LOV values.
Users need to only be able to select from the Choice List and not be able to add their own entries.
