BPM Webservice Call Is Auto-Retrying And Timing Out In 121 Seconds

Symptoms
There is a timeout error being thrown after two minutes and the problem is SOA/BPM weblogic automatically performs a retry internally .
We have provided the HTTP Read Timeout (ms) as 60000 and HTTP Connection Timeout (ms) 60000 on reference web service. It is still getting timeout after two minutes and BPM internally retry once which is unexpected.
Even after removing all the retry options, still the issue was the same.
