Goal

This functionality was available in OAM 11g , but note OAM 12c until the implementation of Enh 34911015 - UNABLE TO RETRIEVE THE OAUTH SECRETKEY USING THE REST APIS

This new feature has implemented the possibility to process BEARER authorization headers and ensures that POST, PUT, GET, and DELETE methods are allowed.
