Reusable Mapping's Output Signature Uses TIMESTAMP Instead of TIMESTAMP(0) After Upgrade from 11g (Doc ID 2967210.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Data Integrator - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Oracle Data Integrator on Marketplace - Version 1.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After an upgrade from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g to 12.2.1.4+ , temporary interfaces are now reusable mappings. In ODI 11g, the interface would map to a data type TIMESTAMP(0).
The 12c reusable mapping's output signature is missing the data type TIMESTAMP(0) and uses maps to TIMESTAMP instead. This causes errors at execution time.
