Symptoms

In an OIG 12.2.1.4 with OID 12.2.1.3 connector, whenever the OID account is enabled or disabled it is not updating the attribute "orclIsEnabled".

Account status remains unchanged and the Enable Task and Disable Task are in a rejected state.
