Frmweb Processes Are Locking File Descriptors and They Are Filling the Filesystem (Doc ID 2967851.1)

Symptoms

Frmweb processes are locking file descriptors and they are filling the filesystem.

On the server, the "df" command shows the filesystem is 100% full (32G), but the "du" command shows just 9G (30%) are actually used: the issue is caused by "frmweb" processes locking the file descriptors.

Due to this issue, the server needs to be restarted periodically.
