Symptoms



Batch Services throws error and retention items are not processing.

Run batch services for WCCREC from 'Records > Run Batch Services > Run ALL' ends with error:

java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation. Error : 1013, Position : 36, Sql = SELECT DISTINCT dDispositionID FROM ContentRetentionSteps WHERE dActionState='N' AND dIsFrozen=0 AND dIsPrevStepPending=0 AND dDueDate <= TO_TIMESTAMP ('2023-07-03 10:19:01.846', 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS.FF'), OriginalSql = SELECT DISTINCT dDispositionID FROM ContentRetentionSteps WHERE dActionState='N' AND dIsFrozen=0 AND dIsPrevStepPending=0 AND dDueDate <= {ts '2023-07-03 10:19:01.846'}, Error Msg = ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation.
