WebCenter Enterprise Capture List Files Are Not Processing and Error "The import source file is null in the Import Context" Occurs (Doc ID 2967948.1)

Symptoms

If the file name has a space in it, it fails to process with the error below:

oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: Error reading from list file
Caused by: oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: The import source file is null in the Import Context
at oracle.odc.importmanager.ImportManagerSessionBean.importFile(ImportManagerSessionBean.java:4
