Symptoms

When converting a Word document to a PDF in the In-Bound Refinery (IBR), the following are the issues noted:

Issue# 1: Incorrect Total number of pages in converted (web-viewable) document.

Issue# 2: The text in the Footer is being over-written by the page number at the bottom of the pages in the converted document.

Issue# 3: Incorrect page number shown in the Footer of converted document.

Issue# 4: The converted document has some bullet points in regular text as opposed to bold text.
