Schema Validation Error with trigger-truncation-stack-frame-trigger-depth (Doc ID 2970084.1)

Symptoms

1. apply CPU January 2023
2. create a simple domainA
3. open WLS Admin console
4. modify the parameters in <Server> -> Logging -> General -> Advanced
5. start WLST
6. readDomain('domainA DirName')
7. writeTemplate('domainA templateName')
8. install another WLS
9. start WLST
10. createDomain('domainA TemplateName','domainB DirName', 'user', 'password')
11. run startWebLogic.cmd/sh on domainB
12. it fails with Schema validation error



Changes

1. Domain template is created with CPU January 2023
2. Domain is created by the template without CPU January 2023
