Large PDF is created when TIFF is converted using PDF Export (Doc ID 2970602.1)

OIT PDF EXPORT results in a PDF file much larger than the input TIFF file(950 kb) .

The resulting PDF is approximately 10MB in size, with minor variation depending on DPI settings, etc...
