'default-internal-servlets-disabled' Element Doesn't get Written in config.xml (Doc ID 2971026.1)

Symptoms

For security reasons in order to disable the path: /bea_wls_internal in WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4, steps from the KM Note:  How do you Make Error 500 Page for "/bea_wls_internal/HTTPClntSend" Hidden (Doc ID 2091919.1) were followed to set 'default-internal-servlets-disabled' to true via WLST.

However, this parameter doesn't get written to the config.xml.
