Purpose
This article is most useful for a system administrator whose business users are reporting a failure to log in to the web application from the ADFdi Excel add-in. This business user has already successfully installed the ADFdi Excel add-in and it is clearly enabled when opening integrated workbooks. However, the business user is unable to complete the login process or there is a failure reported just after login.
Note: this article applies to ADFdi version 5.2.0 and later.
