Symptoms

Provisioned a new Oracle Forms Market Place image and configured SMTP for "Office365.com" in rwserver.conf for mail distribution. While sending reports for distribution fails with below error

Note: This issue can also occur when using Oracle Cloud OCI Email Delivery systems for Reports mail distribution Refer Bug:33771612 - OCI EMAIL DELIVERY DOESN'T WORK FROM REPORTS WITH STARTTLS
