Right ALT+Hot Key Not Working in Oracle Form Runtime (Doc ID 2972697.1)

Upgraded JDK and JRE to 8u381 in the client machine and when using Right ALT+HotKey in the Oracle Forms has no function and response.

Also configured custom mapping to the Right ALT+HotKey as per below documentation.
