Symptoms

Using Oracle Forms 12c webstart to launch Forms application and shows below warning when using custom jar files over Load Balancer and SSL.
 
Error/Warning

Changes

Using JRE version 1.8.0_361+ version and using custom certificates to sign the custom jar files.

extensions.jnlp is already added with custom jar files entry as per Document 2210180.1 How to Display Custom Iconic Images when Running 12c Forms Using Java Web Start

Manifest entries added as per Document 1583119.1 How to Add Manifest Entries into Custom Jar Files Such as jacob.jar or Jar Files Containing Icons

Latest QPR is applied from Document 2834458.2 Oracle Forms Quarterly Patch Release (QPR) information
