Symptoms
When an application has an child form with two lookup fields, getting an error for the following scenarios.
- On new account provisioning, While trying to select the second lookup value (second time on same Lookup entry) from child form.
- On account Modification, While trying to modify the existing data of the second lookup value from child form.
Error is seen in UI:
