WebLogic AdminServer Fails to Start with Error "[Management:141223]The server name AdminServer specified with -Dweblogic.Name does not exist" (Doc ID 2973724.1)

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later

Symptoms

AdminServer from a Oracle HTTP Server collocated domain fails to start with below mentioned error:

There are other Oracle Homes on the same machine such as OID and OAM.
The issue is happening when starting Adminserver from a collocated OHS domain which is installed in a different Oracle Home.

It is loading OID configuration.
