Timeouts On SOA Composite - EJB timeout value is not honored (Doc ID 2973908.1)

Symptoms

Customer is noticing timeouts on SOA Composite under heavy load, following error is seen in logs and eventually transactions are rolled back.
Even though timeout value for EJBs in SOA-Infra were set to high value of 215000, it was still timing out at 300 sec.
