Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The system (ODI) cannot upload files to the UCM server impacting on the daily batch process to be delayed.
This impacts regulatory reports that system has to send to the Bank of Thailand.

Hence, please prevent this error in the future and please provide a root cause to us.
