Symptoms

Upgraded the Oracle Reports domain from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 version. Started WLS_REPORTS managed server and running showjobs command.

The Reports Servlet URL keeps spinning and observed below error in the WLS_REPORTS.out file.

Performed Non-ZDT upgrade from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.
