Symptoms

During the configuration of Oracle Identity Role Intelligence (OIRI), in section 2.6 'Setting Up the Configuration Files', the user is asked to copy the source for oiri-service-account.yaml to a file and run it.  When they do, it fails with 'invalid Yaml document separator'.

New installation of OIRI in Kubernetes.
