Exalogic Virtual: Dom0 Compute Nodes Hanging Or Crashing With Memory Allocation Kernel Panic Traces On CGroup (Doc ID 2976191.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks (both 2.0.6.3.x & 2.0.6.4.x releases), issue of Dom0 compute nodes hanging or crashing with memory allocation kernel panic traces on cgroup is noticed. Below is the kernel panic traces at cgroup observed in messages system logs or ILOM console logs at the time of the issue.

Changes

Changes done on the Dom0 compute nodes which resulted in enabling cgroups.
