Symptoms
After being installed a SOA 12.2.1.4.0 Cluster domain (with OSB, ESS and MFT) , EM Console is not showing the SOA Folder that allows to access the soa-infra and service bus deployments.
Changes
This is a new install and SOA Domain was recently configured.
