Is there a Script to Re-Create Queue Tables in soa-infra in SOA12c

We see below error messages in SOA logs.

<AQDequeuer_ReadMessage: A database exception occurred: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-24010: QUEUE AMPSOA_SOAINFRA.IP_OUT_QUEUE does not exist>

Followed this Doc:

SOA 11g: Is there a Script to Re-Create Queue Tables in soa-infra? (Doc ID 2363230.1)

And executed the below script.

What are the correct steps to overcome the above error?
