How to Find the Source of JDBC Connections in v$session Table in Oracle Database (Doc ID 2977186.1)

Goal

Sometimes the v$session table of the Oracle Database shows huge number of JDBC connections in 'Inactive' status. The goal of this note is to find if those JDBC connections are created by a Data source in WebLogic.
