Business Rule with multiple if conditions fails to compile (Doc ID 2977457.1)

Symptoms


After adding a second condition to an if rule it fails to compile.  It may only affect "OR" conditions.  The compilation error would show the following:

RUL-05730: type "Lists" may not be used here
