Symptoms

Unexpected exception caught when displaying User details page.

When users search for an OIM user and open the user details page, error messages as below were displayed:

The error only happened randomly on OIM clustered nodes. The node on which Weblogic Administration Server was running displayed the page correctly. Restarted of the nodes resolved the error for sometime.
