Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Coherence Support Policy for Google Cloud Platform (GCP):

Oracle Support will assist customers running Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Coherence on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the following manner:

  1. If a problem is a known Oracle issue, Oracle Support will recommend the appropriate known solution.
  2. If a problem is not a known Oracle issue, or the known solution does not resolve the issue, Oracle will request that the customer reproduce the problem on a supported configuration (Oracle Fusion Middleware Supported System Configurations) outside of GCP. If the problem cannot be reproduced, Oracle Support will assume the problem is caused by differences between the supported configuration and the GCP environments being used by the customer, and the customer will be referred to Google for support.
  3. When the customer can demonstrate the problem on an supported configuration outside of GCP, Oracle will resume support, including logging a bug with Oracle Development for investigation if required.
