DVT barGraph not Responsive After Migration (Doc ID 2978183.1)

Symptoms

An ADF application was migrated from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.
When run in the Integrated WLS, it is seen some of the page components that are expected to trigger some navigation are not working. This was working fine in previous version.

A NPE error is seen in the logs.

Due to this problem, the application cannot be used as some of its features are not working.
