Config.sh/cmd Fails to Create New Domain With CFGFWK-64254 Error With OPSS Process (Doc ID 2980118.1)

Symptoms

When Creating new domain with "Convert to RAC multi data source" option for RCU schemas, CFGFWK-64254 error occured with OPSS process.

Step to reproduce:

  1. Apply the <Patch 35557681> WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.230702 in Fusion Middleware Infrastructure 12.2.1.4.
  2. Create new domain with config.sh/cmd and set "Convert to RAC multi data source" for all of RCU schemas.

        -->CFGFWK-64254 error occured with OPSS process in Configuration Wizard Page 12 of 13.

       

        cfgfwk_yyyymmddhhmmss.log shows following:
