Oracle Identity Governance Azure AD Connector 12c Reconciliation Failing with "ConnectorException: Exception in executeQuery. null" (Doc ID 2982363.1)

Symptoms

Reconciliation is failing with NullPointerException when a specific user is reconciled either by full or incremental reconciliation using the Azure AD Connector 12c.

Diagnostic logs show the following error:


When the problematic user is not reconciled, the process completes successfully.  One Connector Server is being used.
