Symptoms

Using Solaris SPARC and upgraded Oracle Forms and Reports from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.19.0 using Out-of-Place upgrade. Running Standalone Report Server shows below error

The Report Server keeps restarting as per the above .out file log
