Domain Template Builder Fails with CFGFWK-64051: Invalid Location. (Doc ID 2983709.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a template for a Domain, the Domain template builder (config_builder.cmd | config_builder.sh) fails with "CFGFWK-64051: Invalid location" after selecting the DOMAIN_HOME.

 

After enabling the logs for the Domain Template Builder by run it with arguments -log=SRconfDebug02.log -log_priority=debug (i.e. config_builder.cmd -log=SRconfDebug02.log -log_priority=debug) the log reports "domain <DOMAIN_HOME> is not a valid BEA domain".
