Symptoms

On : 23.3 version, All Issues

No provider found for: requires oracle.dbtools.url.mapping.URLMapping

 Installed ORDS which is configured with APEX and Deployed it onto Weblogic server. Completed all the steps outlined in the documentation. Now getting the following error when trying to access the APEX url in the Browser.

No provider found for: requires oracle.dbtools.url.mapping.URLMapping
